There are brunch experiences, and then there are FARM at Carneros Resort & Spa brunch experiences, and let me tell you, ours was unforgettable.

One of the things I love most about FARM is the indoor and outdoor open patio space. It feels like more than just a restaurant - it feels like a place to spend a loooong weekend morning. With bocce courts, cozy firepits, lawn games, and their beautiful culinary garden right on site, the atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. There were families with dogs and small children - it was really nice to see a place that was so welcoming to everyone.

We started our brunch with a few breakfast cocktails (when in wine country, right?). We had some classics like a Bloody Mary and espresso martini as well as some fun seasonal twists like a cranberry mimosa. And then came the food. Wow wow wow. Every dish we tried was thoughtful, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The pork belly benedict was one of the standouts along with the Eggs in Purgatory (one of my favorite breakfast dishes to order when I’m dining out), but the Chicken and Waffles with candied walnuts completely stole the show. I am not usually a chicken and waffles girl, but my god, it was hands down the best I have ever had.

We also heard they are bringing in a new chef and completely renovating the restaurant, including opening up the kitchen, which makes us even more excited to come back soon and see what is next.

If you are looking for a brunch spot in Napa that feels like a full experience, FARM at Carneros is truly something special.
